the room was clean. it had a superb view from the restaurant, i thought. the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially at reception). i really liked the toiletries provided.
The breakfast on my first morning was shocking. i had booked a 7am slot. but nothing was ready when i arrived and i waited a long time for everything. our coffee was made and left on the counter. The lady forgot to bring it over.

the carpet had not been trimmed correctly to the edge of the room near the bathroom. i only noticed this when i stood on the gripper rod! also, i found that there was no hot water in the morning.

The room was super clean. I particularly enjoyed the lovely decor and the perfect location overlooking Parker's piece. The city centre was easily accessible. The sandwiches available until 6:30am were a definite highlight. They were delicious and really convenient.
The receptionist's accent was difficult to understand, requiring her to repeat information several times.

the staff were very helpful. i needed a sheet and blanket instead of a duvet, and they provided it. housekeeping was fast when i needed extra blankets. i got extra tea bags quickly too.
the receptionist showed zero interest. she checked me in mechanically. her accent was so strong i had to ask her to repeat everything multiple times.

I found the location to be quite convenient. The staff members I encountered were friendly. My room included a modern television and a comfortable bed.
My room lacked sufficient sound insulation. I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms, and it was quite distracting. The breakfast buffet had limited options and the coffee was weak. I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the common areas.
